Who we are

Lownix Tech ("we", "us") is a software development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, operating the website lownixtech.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, budget range, and message. We also store the time of submission and the page it was sent from. Browsing our site does not require an account.

How we use your information

We use contact form details solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and communicate about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), which may process data on servers located outside your country. Email replies are handled through our business email provider.

Third-party services

Our site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, loads fonts from Google Fonts, and uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. These providers may receive standard technical data such as your IP address as part of serving the site. We do not run third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our site. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) holding a randomly generated identifier, which we use to measure page views and traffic sources in aggregate. We do not set advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell or share this data. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

How long we keep data

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
